The residence offers its students eleven rooms with bath, including seven singles and four doubles.

The common areas consist of a large kitchen, a dining room with adequate capacity, two conversation and relaxation rooms, a meditation room, a laundry and a communal garden, a room for bicycle sheds. All spaces are equipped with heating and air conditioning. The rooms are furnished in order to be functional both for the night rest and for the study and dialogue with colleagues. The link to internet will be available both via cable, with a socket at each working desk, and via wi-fi in the entire building.

The furniture and general décor are not of a cheep type, as common in students’ lodging, but of a certain value, assuming that a nice and welcoming environment would improve the taste of the residents and it would contribute to their human and also academic growth. Each resident has to take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of their room and take part in shifts for cleaning of common areas.

During the academic year 2021-22, the monthly rate will be of 370 euro in single rooms and 300 euro in double rooms. The monthly cost of 30 euros for utilities should be added to these rates.

The period available to residents is of eleven months. August is reserved for maintenance.
